our tasting room

We rebuilt the “black kitchen” – an open fireplace – the way it was in the old house. It was used to smoke meat, like sausages and ham, but it was also the only room to be heated in cold winters and people used to sleep near the fire. The cosy room aside is now bigger then it originally was and we use it for our wine tastings.
